The Arkadian Colonial Administration (ACA) is proud to present the first two of six private island estates.
The result of substantial land reclamation near to the coast of Sentosa, the first two estates have been constructed with a Desert theme. In due course, the ACA plans to introduce two Arctic islands and two Jungle islands.
Of the two released Desert islands, the first is currently for sale from the Arkoin Broker located at the IFN Supply Depot.
Price: 15,000,000 (fifteen million) Arkoins
The Arkoin Broker is selling a claim which can be redeemed with Community Manager Cyrus Chen for the actual land area deed. Therefore, the first colonist with 15,000,000 Arkoins to purchase the claim from the Arkoin Broker will be able to exchange this claim with Cyrus for the Land Area Deed.
Each island:
is located a short distance off-shore, not too far from a mainland Teleporter
has an approximate area of 2 square kilometres
includes an elegant residence complete with lounge, decking, lower floor bar, spiral staircase and panoramic views from upper floor viewing gallery. The residence comes with a Revival Point and an Estate Terminal, which can be used to claim the estate and set access to the residence.

Utilise up to 6 (six) creature DNA slots to spawn creatures across the Land Area
Purchase Improvement Points by adding Fertilizer
Spend Improvement Points to control maturity of DNA spawns

BOOTHS
The following information is specific to individual shopping "booths" that have one small area for item points, as distinct from "shops" which have both a Display Area and an Additional Area (usually inside and outside).
Item Points
1,000 PED - 10 extra Item Points.
Further item points may be requested for any area that already holds at least one item point for display or sale.
A minimum order of 10 item points applies.
Item Points are only sold in batches of 10, at a cost of 1000 PED. For example:
20 item points - 2000 PED
30 item points - 3000 PED
40 item points - 4000 PED
Booths are subject to a maximum item point limit of 70 item points, ie a maximum increase of 50.
SHOPS, APARTMENTS, HOMES
Item Points
1,000 PED - 10 extra Item Points.
Further item points may be requested for any area that already holds at least one item point for display or sale.
A minimum order of 20 item points applies.
Item Points are only sold in batches of 10, at a cost of 1000 PED. For example:

Land Area Name
10,000 PED - Customise the name of your Land Area.
Change the name of your Land Area to a name of your choosing.
The name change is subject to Arkadia Studios' discretion as to suitability of the desired name.
Teleporters
75,000 PED - add a Teleporter to your Land Area.
A Teleporter allows colonists to access your Land Area quickly and effortlessly, which in turn makes your Land Area a more desirable place to spend time.
By default, purchased Teleporters are placed near the LA Marker, however they can be moved for a fee.
By default, Teleporters inherit the Land Area name, however this can be customised for a fee.
75,000 PED - move a Teleporter.
Relocate a Teleporter on your Land Area to a new location on your Land Area.
10,000 PED - rename your Teleporter.
This means for example that the new name of the Teleporter will appear on the map of anyone who has visited the Teleporter.
The name change is subject to Arkadia Studios' discretion as to suitability of the desired name.
Terminals and Command Posts
Colonists can stay on your Land Area for longer, without having to leave, if you provide them with the facilities they require. These are generally in the form of terminals or a full IFN Command Post, and can be purchased as follows.
15,000 PED - any single terminal from the below list can be added to your land area at a location of your choosing:
Trade Terminal
Repair Terminal
Revive Terminal
Society Terminal
Storage Terminal
Manufacturing Terminal
25,000 PED - an Auction Terminal can be added to your Land Area at a location of your choosing.
130,000 PED - add an IFN Command Post to your Land Area.
IFN Command Post includes the building, as well as the following 8 Terminals:
2 x Trade Terminal
1 x Repair Terminal
1 x Revive Terminal
1 x Society Terminal
1 x Storage Terminal
1 x Manufacturing Terminal
1 x Auction Terminal
By default, the Command Post is placed near to the LA Marker, however it can be moved for a fee.
75,000 PED - move an IFN Command Post.
Relocate an IFN Command Post on your Land Area to a new location on your Land Area.
HOF/Global Chat
5,000 PED per year or 20,000 PED for five years - include your Land Area name in the HOF/Global Chat.
This option adds the name of your Land Area to any HOF/Global message achieved on your Land Area.
The new message would read as follows, for example:
"Awesome Cyrus Avatar killed a
creature (Creature Stalker) worth
100 PED at [Land Area Name]."
Remember, whoever gets 15,000,000 Arkoins to the Arkoin Broker first, gets the deed!

The are like Arkadian currency. Meaning the are like coins with MU. 1 Arkoin has TT value of 1 PED but sells for 1,50 more or less. I loot them in Aakas instances.
