Avatars near Auctioneer

I don't want to point fingers, but I see same avatars at the same place near auctioneer in New Oxford every time I go there. Here are 11 avatars with noob clothes. I am 100% sure for half of them that are there nonstop. I'm not sure if they are humans browsing the auction or some bot programs that are scaning the auction and making automatic trades. And lately auction is very slow.
